Friday
Another very warm day across eastern parts of England. There should be good spells of sunshine and dry conditions across most of the country. Increased cloud over southeast England giving the risk of some rain in the far southeast. Some heavy showers affecting Scotland and the far north of England, some of them thundery and conditions into the afternoon. Highs at 27C in eastern England, 19C in northern Scotland.

Friday night
Scattered showers over parts of Wales and western England as well as western Scotland. A risk of some heavier showers across Ireland. Drier for the rest of England, Wales and Scotland with clearer skies. Mist and fog patches forming by the morning especially through more central areas. Lows at 9 to 14C.

Saturday
Low pressure west and south of the country on Saturday, but an area of high pressure is expected to remain in the North Sea. A fair morning with sunny spells and broken cloud for many. Starting dry, but then some showers forming by late morning over hills, these turning heavy into the afternoon. Thicker cloud over southern England and the chance of some rain here in the afternoon. Tops at 19 to 28C.

Sunday
Low pressure extends from the Atlantic, through the UK and into the North Sea on Sunday. This is going to be bringing some heavy periods of rain which will track north through the night, reaching Scotland by morning. Another area of cloud and some rain associated with an occluded front over western Ireland and southwest England. Some thundery showers in Wales and the Midlands as well as northwest England, but drier and sunnier to the east and south. Tops at 14C in northern Scotland in the rain, but 20 to 25C for most.
