Saturday
A fair morning to come with some good spells of sunshine. There will be some showers for Scotland, some heavy in central areas, and a few showers in Ireland too. Thicker cloud moves into southern England bringing some outbreaks of rain here. Becoming wet through the afternoon in southern England, some heavy and thundery, especially in the far south. The rain reaching the south and east of Wales in the late afternoon. Scattered heavy showers in northern England and northern Scotland as well as Ireland, but some good sunny spells here too. Tops at 27C in the eastern Midlands, 21C in Northern Ireland.

Saturday night
Some heavy and thundery periods of rain passing northwards through England and Wales this evening and overnight, reaching Scotland later. There is the risk of some torrential downpours and localised flooding could occur. Drier weather follows into the south later in the night. Northern Scotland will probably be dry. Lows at a muggy 12 to 16C.

Sunday
An area of low pressure will be affecting northern parts of the UK through Sunday bringing some heavy and thundery rain in Scotland and the far north of England. This rain fading through the day. Drier and brighter weather for England and Wales, although low pressure west of Ireland will be pushing some heavy showers into Ireland, Wales and southwest England in the afternoon. Scattered showers in central areas, and mainly dry and sunny in the east. Highs of a cool 15C in the rain in northern Scotland, 24C in the sunshine over central England.

Monday
Low pressure will be moving into Scotland on Monday. This is going to be bringing a brisk west to southwest flow through all parts of the country. Showers will be sweeping eastwards, associated with troughs and an occluded front, some of them heavy. There will be some sunny spells too, the best of them over more southern and southwestern areas. Tops at 19 to 24C.
