Eastern areas will be cloudier with occasional rain showers. Apart from a few showers along the north coasts of Northern Ireland, it will be a dry day across the province. Temperatures will be below normal and feeling even colder in the strong north wind. Expect highs of 9 to 12 Celsius.
Thursday Night
Very windy for the evening and night with gales continuing across eastern Britain into East Anglia. In the evening an area of moderate to heavy rain may affect Lincolnshire and East Anglia with light rain in the south east. Elsewhere it will be dry with clear spells. Overnight it looks cloudy with rain across central and eastern parts of England. A cold night to come with minimum temperatures of 2 to 8C.

Continued very windy with coastal gales around eastern coast of England. Generally a cloudy day across central and eastern with spells of rain at times. Wales, south west and north west England along with Scotland and Northern Ireland will be dry with the best of the sunshine. Further rain may affect eastern England into the evening and night, dry for the rest of Britain and staying windy everywhere. Maximum temperatures of 11 to 15 Celsius.

It remains windy and cold today with patchy, light rain across East Anglia and the south east. The rest of Britain will be fair and dry with Scotland, Northern Ireland and north west England having the best of the sunshine. Apart from some rain across East Anglia and the south east, expect a dry, windy cold night across the country. Maximum temperatures of 12 to 13 Celsius.
