Sunday
We keep a brisk north to north east wind across the country, making it feel cold more so across eastern areas of England and Scotland. For most parts of the country but it should be mainly dry and bright with sunny spells and varying amounts of cloud, perhaps just the odd light shower here and there. A frosty, misty start across the west with perhaps some dense patches of fog or freezing fog that may take most of the morning to clear. Expect highs of 4 to 7 Celsius.
Sunday Night
It remains rather breezy this evening and tonight East Anglia and the south east with some coastal showers and more cloud. Elsewhere the cloud will be more broken with Northern Ireland, western England, Wales and western Scotland most at risk of a frost and some patches of dense freezing fog by morning. Minimum temperatures of 4 to -2C.
Monday
Much of United Kingdom will be dry as pressure remains high. There could be some morning fog patches across Scotland and northwest England and Wales into the West Midlands along with a frost. Expect some good spells of sunshine across the country today and will be dry. Dry overnight across England and Wales with clear spells leading to more of a widespread frost as the winds drop. More cloud may come in across northern Scotland and Northern Ireland as a front approaches from the north west. A cold day with maximum temperatures of 4 to 6 Celsius. Maximum temperatures of 5 to 7 Celsius.
Tuesday
Windy across northern Scotland and here some rain comes in later in day. For the bulk of the country it will be a settled, cold day. A frosty, misty morning to come with patches of dense fog clearing with sunny spells and occasional cloud. More cloud across the north this evening and tonight with light rain for north west Scotland. Southern areas may turn frosty with well cloud broken.
