Saturday
A bright start to Saturday morning across much of England and Wales. There will be some good spells of sunshine for most. However, some cloud affecting the far east of East Anglia bringing some showers here, but these fading into the afternoon. Cloud and some showery bursts of rain spreading to northwest Scotland, with more cloud in northwest England and the north and west of Wales late in the afternoon. Highs at 4 to 9C.

Saturday night
Cloud and some spots of rain across central and northern Scotland tonight. More southern areas of Scotland should be drier, although with broken cloud. For the rest of England and Wales as well as Ireland cloud is going to be broken with a few clear spells. Dry for most although some spots of drizzle over the Welsh Hills and Pennines. Lows near 0 to 4C for most but 8C in northern Scotland.

Sunday
Some early fog patches through Ireland, Wales and England on Sunday morning. These lifting to murkier conditions with a few spots of drizzle. However, the cloud breaking too with some bright spells coming through. There could be some thicker cloud affecting the far north of Scotland with spots of drizzle and rain here. Highs at 6 to 10C.

Monday
High pressure remains in control of the weather across the UK and Ireland today. It is likely to be a rather murky day with some mist and outbreaks of drizzle. Sunny spells in Scotland, especially in the east where it is going to be drier too. Highs at 6 to 9C.
