Monday
A windy, mild day with gales around western coasts and hills. Very unsettled today with some sunshine and plenty of showers. The showers look heaviest with a risk of thunder across Scotland, northern England and Wales. Gusts of 55-65mph will affect exposed western coasts of England and Wales. Expect highs of 7 to 11 Celsius north to south.

Monday Night
It stays very windy into the evening and the night. The heavy showers will continue through the night too and again the heaviest of these may affect Scotland, Northern Ireland, parts of Wales and northern England. A mild night with minimum temperatures of 5 to 9 Celsius.

Tuesday
Continued windy today. An area of rain may affect the far south of England through the course of the day and the night. Drier and sunnier to the north with a risk of scattered showers around western coasts. These showers persist into the evening and night with much of the country dry. Expect maximum temperatures of 6 to 10 Celsius.

Wednesday
Breezy today with a good deal of fine, dry weather. There will be scattered showers in the west and later in the afternoon rain may reach Wales and south west England. During the evening this area of rain may spread into England and Wales turning heavy overnight with a risk of flooding possible. Expect maximum temperatures of 6 to 10 Celsius.
