Monday
Outbreaks of rain, heavy in places, across England and Wales spread north into Northern Ireland and Scotland this morning. This clears to showers in the south west this morning. The area of rain then clears all but Scotland and north east England this afternoon with some heavy showers expected into the west. Very windy across England and Wales with high temperatures of 11 to 15 Celsius.
Monday Night
The last of the rain clears Scotland and north east England this evening. A number of showers persist around western coasts into the evening and the night. Mainly dry across central and eastern areas. A colder night with minimum temperatures of 2 to 5 Celsius.
Tuesday
Cooler today with a brisk north west wind across the country. Many areas will start the day fair and dry with sunny but showers in the west will develop in many areas as we go through the course of the day with a few heavy ones. Fewer showers to come today across eastern and southern parts of England. By evening the showers will have faded then an area of mainly light rain is forecast to spread across the northern half of the country. Highs of Expect maximum temperatures of 10 to 13 Celsius are expected.
Wednesday
A but milder today. We may find some light rain across Northern Ireland, Scotland and northern England today. Central and southern parts of England and most of Wales should be fair and dry. Northern Ireland and northern parts of England may see some rain lingering through the night. Drier to the north and the south, though there is some uncertainty on the precipitation pattern for today. Expect maximum temperatures of 11 to 15 Celsius.
