Thursday
A weak front with some patchy rain and scattered showers clears southern Scotland and drifts into northern England. A number of showers will affect Scotland with a few across Wales. For the rest of England it should be a dry day but with a good deal of cloud and a few bright or sunnier spells in places. Expect high temperatures of 11 to 14 Celsius.

Thursday Night
Occasional showers to affect the north west of Scotland into the evening then mainly dry overnight. Most parts of the country will be dry into the evening and night with a good deal of cloud across Wales and central and southern England. With well broken cloud in the north and lighter winds expect a frost. Minimum temperatures of 1 to 4 Celsius north and 4 to 8 Celsius in the south.

Friday
Apart from scattered showers across north western parts of Scotland, much of the United Kingdom will have a settled day as high pressure builds in. A dry day to come across England and Wales with good sunny spells. More cloudy but dry across Northern Ireland. In the evening and night outbreaks of rain spread in across Northern Ireland and Scotland where it becomes quite windy. Dry across England and Wales with patchy frost in the south. Highs of Expect maximum temperatures of 10 to 13 Celsius are expected.

Saturday
A windy day across the north today and quite cloudy across Northern Ireland, Scotland, northern England and Wales with some patchy rain in the morning then turns more to afternoon showers. For central and southern parts of England it remains fair and dry with a more cloudy afternoon after a sunnier morning. After a dry evening some rain may affect northern Scotland in the night. Cloud may break allowing for a frost across Wales and southern England. Expect maximum temperatures of 11 to 15 Celsius.
