Fair for most Sunny spells & dry seiten=4 abk=focus

Thursday
A ridge of high pressure through the UK and Ireland on Thursday. This is going to be bringing a fair morning for most with some good spells of sunshine. Staying fair into the afternoon too with further spells of sunshine. Most places will be dry but the odd shower can't be ruled out just about anywhere, especially in Ireland and western Scotland. Temperatures rising to 16 to 25C.

Thursday night
A fair evening with clear spells. Cloud and outbreaks of rain in western Scotland and western Ireland, these edging slowly east. Thickening cloud in the far south of England through the early hours, this bringing some spots of rain later. Lows near 9 to 14C.

Friday
Low pressure remains to the west of Ireland on Friday. Troughs will be bringing showery bursts of rain through central and western Scotland as well as Ireland, these turning more persistent in the afternoon. A frontal system arriving in southern England wil bring rain here, this spreading north in the afternoon across most of the Midlands, southern Wales, East Anglia and southern England. Brighter for northern England and eastern Scotland with a few showers here. Highs at 15 to 21C.

Saturday
A complex area of low pressure will be from northwest Ireland through Scotland on Saturday. This brings an unsettled day with cloud and rain in Scotland, Ireland and eastern England, most of this showery. Becoming drier through much of England and Wales with the showers easing in Ireland later too and sunny spells developing. Highs at 16 to 22C.
