Today looks to be a much drier day then yesterday. There may be some early morning low cloudiness and mistiness to clear away but overall it's looking to be a largely dry day with sunny spells. There is a threat of a few showers and these look to be mainly across the Midlands, East Anglia, and up through the Pennines were a few could be heavy. Maximum temperatures of 17 to 21 Celsius.
Friday Night
During the evening there remains the risk of a few showers across parts of the Midlands and East Anglia otherwise most places will in the day dry with some late sunshine. Overnight some rain will spread into north western parts of Scotland where it will become rather windy. The rest of the country will have a dry night with clear spells and some patchy mist. Expect minimum temperatures of 9 to 12 Celsius.
Saturday
Windy across Scotland today with an area of rain across Scotland and Northern Ireland in the morning spreading into northern England and western Wales in the afternoon. Scattered showers are likely across southwest England, but for much of central, southern and eastern England, it should be a dry day with sunny spells. Tonight some rain and showers are likely across western Scotland and across Wales, western parts of England and western parts of Northern Ireland. Expect maximum temperatures of 16 to 21 Celsius.
Sunday
Sunday looks again very windy across the northern half of Britain and it will remain unsettled. Lots of showers to come across the country today and some may be heavy with the risk of thunder. More persistent rain is likely to linger across northern Scotland for much of the day. While the showers will fade away this evening rain across northern Scotland may spread down across eastern Scotland towards north eastern England during the night. Expect maximum temperatures of 14 to 20 Celsius.
