From East Anglia to about the Isle of Wight it looks cloudy and damp for much of the day with outbreaks of rain that turns quite light in the afternoon. Lots of showers to come across Wales, The Midlands, south west England and western Scotland. Elsewhere mainly fair and dry. Maximum temperatures of 11 to 15 Celsius.
Sunday night
Scattered showers around western coasts will give way to more general and heavy rain late in the evening and night while it stays dry across eastern parts of Britain. The rain then spreads into all but eastern parts of England and Scotland during the course of the night. Expect lows of 4 to 8 Celsius.
Monday
Rather cold and breezy across the country today. Rain across eastern parts of Scotland and eastern England should clear to sunnier spells for the afternoon. A number of showers will affect Northern Ireland, Wales and western parts of England and Scotland. Much of the country will be dry with clear spells for the evening and night with coastal showers in the west. A cold night with a frost. Maximum temperatures of 8 to 12 Celsius.
Tuesday
There should be a good deal of dry weather across the country today with varying cloud and sunnier spells. There is a risk of a few showers in the south and across western parts of Britain. Any showers fade by evening with much of the country then mostly clear and dry with a risk of a frost in places. Maximum temperatures of 8 to 13 Celsius.
