Best sun in east Dry for most seiten=4 abk=focus

Tuesday
An area of high pressure remains centred over the south of the country on Tuesday, influencing all areas. This brings plenty of dry weather to most. There will be a fair amount of cloud throughout this morning and the afternoon, most of it in the west and south of the country. However, breaks in the cloud will occur in the east and it's here that we will again see the best of the sunshine. Some breaks developing elsewhere as the afternoon progresses. Highs at 7 to 12C.

Tuesday Night
Rather a lot of cloud through many areas overnight. Clearer skies in northeast England and eastern Scotland and it is here that there is risk of a frost. Elsewhere the amount of cloud prevents temperatures falling too low and so frost is unlikely. Lows at 0 to 4C.

Wednesday
A south to southwest wind across the country under the influence high pressure. This is going to be bringing a fair amount of cloud, but that breaking in places with some sunny spells developing, best of them across eastern England and eastern Scotland. A low risk of some drizzle over the high ground of southwest England and Wales as well as southern England. Highs at 6 to 9C but perhaps to 11C over the sunnier parts of eastern England.

Thursday
Pressure is remaining high across much of the country on Thursday. Low pressure west of Ireland has a front associated with it bringing cloud and some rain in the far north of Scotland. There could be low cloud and outbreaks of drizzle affecting southwest England, Wales and northwest England. More eastern and southern areas will be dry with cloud breaking and sunny spells developing. Highs at 6 to 11C.
