Sunday
A windy and cloudy day to come across the north of Scotland and here we expect some outbreaks of rain that tend to clear by the end of the afternoon. For England, Wales, southern parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland it's a dry day to come with good spells of sunshine and feeling mild in that sun. East Anglia and the south east may have a good deal of cloud in the morning. Expect maximum temperatures of 8 to 11 Celsius.
Sunday night
Windier through this evening and night across the northern half of the United Kingdom. An area of rain across Scotland and Northern Ireland edges into north western parts of England later in the night. To the south it remains dry and with light winds and clear spells, a widespread frost develops across central and southern parts of England. Expect lows of -1 to 5 Celsius.
Monday
For East Anglia, central and southern parts of England it will remain fair and dry with morning sunshine then more cloudy. To the north and west a cloudy day with an area of mainly light rain and showers to come. This then spreads down into central areas and Wales in the evening and into the south east overnight. A cold night in the north and west with a frost and a risk of some icy patches. Expect top temperatures of to 8 to 12 Celsius.
Tuesday
It becomes cooler on Tuesday as north west winds develop across the country. It will be quite a showery day to come across most parts of the country, interspersed with some dry, sunnier intervals. The showers may be wintry over the hills of northern Scotland. Most of the showers will fade away this evening leading to a mostly clear night with a widespread frost. Expect top temperatures of 5 to 9 Celsius.
