Tuesday
A low risk of a shower this morning across eastern England where cloud is going to be breaking with some sunny spells coming through. More western areas of the UK and Ireland will be brighter with broken cloud and some good sunny spells. An odd shower may affect northern Scotland, but for most of Scotland it should be a dry morning. This afternoon is dry and bright for many with some good spells of sunshine. There will be broken cloud and the low risk of an isolated shower over the Welsh mountains. A further shower risk for northern and eastern Scotland. Highs near 14C in northern Scotland, 22C in southern England.
Tuesday night
Mostly dry for Tuesday night. There will be some clear spells, although thickening cloud through Ireland and western Scotland bringing some drizzle her by the morning. More northern parts of Scotland could have a shower, but it should be dry elsewhere. Lows at a chilly 4C under clearer skies, 11C in the cloud.
Wednesday
A southwesterly flow across the UK and Ireland on Wednesday. Fronts will be passing eastwards bringing cloud and some outbreaks of rain to Ireland and to the west of Wales and England too. A few bits of rain in western Scotland. Elsewhere there will be more cloud, but it should be mostly dry with some bright spells coming through. Feeling increasingly humid, highs near 24C in the sunshine in southeast England, 14C in northern Scotland.
Thursday
A ridge of high pressure over the south and east on Thursday. Weak fronts in the west continue to be bringing a fair amount of cloud across Ireland, northwest England and western Scotland. West Wales and southwest England may have some low cloud and a few spots of drizzle. The fronts to the west also producing some outbreaks of light rain. More eastern and southern areas should be drier with some sunny spells coming through. Highs at 25C in the sunshine in southern England. 17C in northern Scotland.
