Monday
A better day to come after the rain yesterday. A number of showers are expected to affect western parts of Scotland with a fair, dry day in the east. Northern Ireland should be dry in the morning but showers spread in during the afternoon. For England and Wales it will be a fine dry and pleasantly warm day with lots of sunshine although a few showers may run up into south western parts of Wales in the afternoon. Expect highs of 17 to 24 Celsius.

Monday night
This evening an area of rain and drizzle spills up across Northern Ireland into western Scotland. The rain is heaviest across Northern Ireland. Some drizzle may also affect northern parts of Wales. The rest of England will have a fine evening with the day ending with sunny spells. A wet night across much of Scotland with some drizzly rain for northern parts of England. For Wales, central and southern England it's a dry night with clear spells. Expect lows of 11 to 15 Celsius.

Tuesday
Hotter today across the country. For England and Wales another sunny, summery day to come with high sunburn levels. Some rain across Northern Ireland and northern Scotland in the morning turns to scattered afternoon showers. Much of Britain looks fine and dry into the evening and the night with well broken cloud. Expect top temperatures of 20 to 27 Celsius and overnight lows will be around 20 Celsius in parts of the south.

Wednesday
A very hot and more humid day to come. Expect a good deal of dry weather with hazy spells of sunshine but there is a risk of a few showers, perhaps thundery, developing. In the afternoon these may be mainly across Scotland and northern England as well as Northern Ireland. The showers may persist into the evening into the evening with all parts dry in the night. Another very warm and humid night. Expect top temperatures of 22 to 33 Celsius.
