Friday
High pressure remains over Scandinavia on Friday, influencing the whole of the UK. This brings a warm day with sunshine and dry weather, with very little change through the day. Thicker cloud and some periods of rain in Ireland as a front tries to edge eastwards. Breezy in Scotland and Ireland as well as western Wales. Tops near 17 to 23C
Saturday
Low pressure pushes fronts eastwards through Saturday. This is going to be bringing rain to many areas, some heavy in the northwest, as well as through the far south of England. Drier weather may follow from the west later. Tops at 16 to 20C.
