Thicker cloud over western Scotland may give some spots of light rain and drizzle on western coasts and hills, this risk persisting throughout the day. Highs near 10C in the cloudier west of Scotlabnd, 18C in southern England. The winds easing in Scotland too.

Skies will be clearing overnight tonight, and with the winds falling light some mist and fog patches are going to be forming by the morning. That cloud again affecting the west of Scotland where a few spots of drizzle are likely on western hills. A chilly night with lows of 1 to 7C.
Saturday
Morning mist and fog patches over many parts of England, Wales and Ireland on Saturday morning. These should be clearing away quickly to leave the day dry with sunny spells as an area of high pressure sits over the UK. Spots of rain again on the hills of western Scotland, but this is going to be fading again. Wwestern Ireland may become a little breezy later. Tops near 14 to 19C.

Thicker cloud may affect western Ireland where a front will be close by. Becomign breezy slong southern coasts of England. Highs near 15 to 18C.
