Sunday
A very windy but mild day to come across the United Kingdom. Outbreaks of rain to affect Scotland, western parts of England, Wales and Northern Ireland are expected. This will be heavy at times. Eastern parts of England should generally be largely dry but cloudy. Another windy day with gales. Winds up to 60 mph are expected over the Pennines and Snowdonia. Expect maximums across the country of 11 to 15 Celsius.

Sunday night
It continues very windy for the evening and night across England and Wales. Rain is expected across the western half of Britain this evening. This becomes lighter as it tracks east overnight. Showers then affect the west as it turns colder. Lows of 5 to 9 Celsius for Scotland and Northern Ireland but a very mild night for England and Wales with lows at 11 to 13 Celsius.

Monday
Still very windy with gales across northern parts of Scotland. Any rain in the south east and across East Anglia soon clears. A few showers to come in the west this morning. In the afternoon Some rain comes in across Wales and south west England. Just a few showers in the north west, otherwise largely fair and dry for the rest of the country. Mainly dry this evening across Northern Ireland and Scotland. Wet for England and Wales with rain. It continues windy. Expect top temperatures of 8 to 14 Celsius.

Tuesday
Increasingly windy across the county through the day with gales across England and Wales in the evening and night. Gusts of 70 mph may affect exposed south western coasts in the evening. Outbreaks of moderate to heavy rain across England and Wales spreads north into Scotland with snow over the Highlands. The rain persists into the evening before turning dry across Wales and the southern half of England. Expect top temperatures of 8 to 16 Celsius.
