Mixed conditions at first , becoming settled and warmer from mid-month, northern areas more changeable at times.

Low pressure will keep most areas of the British Isles unsettled during the early part of July. High pressure is expected to build through all areas during mid-month bringing a fine and settled spell across the southern half of the country.

Expect showers or longer spells of rain for most areas of the British Isles at first. Mid-July onwards should warmer conditions with fine and settled weather taking hold, rather more mixed with showers or longer outbreaks of rain across the northwest.

A trend to cooler conditions towards the end of the month, largely dry across the south into early August. Temperatures generally close to average at first, warm for a time through most areas. Returning closer to average later in the month.
