Mixed July but then hints of a settled August

We are either going to be very wrong with this forecast, or extremely clever ! However, we have gone with our conviction that August currently looks like being a reasonable month.

Overall our predicted pattern still has merit and the trend is still holding.

The middle to latter stages of July will see warm, fine and settled conditions at times, interspersed with thundery outbreaks.

A more unsettled end to July is still expected, with these conditions holding until early August.

Predicting the weather for August has proved to be a problem for the past few weeks, but at the moment we believe our forecast of dry weather, after an unsettled start will hold.
