More unsettled than previously thought

After predicting the weather to within acceptable limits over the past six months, it seems that this months forecast has now deviated from out original thoughts

The confidence in the below forecast is best described as very low

The area of high pressure we expected to build through and close to the country towards the end of May, probably will materialise, but in a much weaker and transient form.

Low pressure is expected to be bringing rain or showers to much of Scotland.

It will take several days for our forecasters to develop new predictions for the coming month. Therefore, this forecast is not going to be updated again until 26th May 2003.
