Unsettled weather, but perhaps better mid November
Indications last week were that we expected high pressure to build around the start of November, and towards the middle of the month.
Those predictions are still thought likely to hold true, although we do not now expect pressure to be as high at the beginning of the month. Just transitory ridges are expected, and predominately the weather will be unsettled through to mid-November.
By then, a stronger anticyclone may build through the country, bringing drier weather, but an increase in overnight frosts and fog.
