A small secondary low will slowly push into W Scotland. Its occluding fronts will bring some heavy rain for N Ireland and W Scotland.

Showers are expected across Scotland this morning with rain into Northern Ireland. This afternoon the rain becomes heavier and will slowly push into western Scotland, and western parts of England and Wales.
