Ground frost in places
Sunday night saw temperatures dipping below freezing on the ground in rural parts of central England. At Shawbury in Shropshire the thermometer dipped to just below freezing. Larkhill (Wilstshire), Bristol Airport and Benson (Oxfordshire) all saw temperatures at 1C.
A chilly night in the air too with lows at 2C in the Cairngorms and 3C at Capel Curig close to Snowdonia.
Another cold night ahead for Mnday night, and I wouldn't rule out the possibility of a ground frost in some well sheltered areas once again.
Whatever the weather, keep the sun shining.
Simon
