Autumn can wait!
High pressure is desperately hanging on to the south of the British Isles through the coming week.
It therefore looks set to be remaining generally dry for much of England and Wales. Sunshine amounts may be variable.
How long the dry weather lasts is debatable though, and I have a feeling that we may be looking at more unsettled weather arriving by the weeks end.
For Scotland, Ireland and parts of the far north of England conditions will be more changeable. Expect rain here at times, and also stronger winds. Most of the rain reserved for the far west of Scotland.
Whatever the weather, keep the sun shining.
