A cloudy and rather damp start to Sunday morning for many parts of the country. The front will be passing north and east bringing outbreaks of rain. There will be some dry spells as well. Quite a brisk southerly wind for many areas. Brighter in Ireland with some sunny spells here and generally dry, although some rain in the far east. Through the afternoon. Some heavier bursts of rain will be affecting Wales and Southwest England. Patchy rain across Scotland and eastern England with some drier areas in between. Remaining dryer in Ireland with some sunshine although rain into the west later. Highs at 13C in northern Scotland, 17C in southern England.

Further band of rain passing eastwards through England and Wales during tonight, although some dry weather following from the west. Heavy showers across Northern Ireland and western Wales. More persistent rain across much of central, northern and eastern Scotland. Lows near 6 to 12C.
 

Monday
Monday, bring some dry spells and a few sunny periods in the morning across central and eastern England. Always some showers around western and southern coast of Wales and Southwest England with more persistent showers or rain affecting central and southern Scotland. Further showers and some rain in southern and western Ireland, the dry and brighter in Northern Ireland. Heavy showers, drifting north through Wales, central and southern England this afternoon, some of them thundery. Scattered showers further north and there will be some bright spells across northern England in southern Scotland as well as the northern half of Ireland. For the rain and showers across western and southern Ireland. Highs at 12 to 17C.

Tuesday
Low-pressure south of Ireland on Tuesday, brings another mixed day. Bands of rain, tracking north through Ireland, Wales, central and southern England through the morning, eventually reaching northern and eastern England in the afternoon. Wet and cloudy for Eastern Scotland, a few brighter, spells and drier in western Scotland. More rain affecting southern Ireland. Tops at 11 to 17C.
